Shirley A. Prince

Shirley A. Prince, age 77, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on April 5, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born in Toledo, Ohio and resided there her entire life. There she met Albert L. Prince at an early age, and married him shortly thereafter welcoming three beautiful daughters. Shirley was an example of great strength and dignity. She was always there with her arms extended. Along with her three daughters, she had other great accomplishments. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Hamilton Lake. Other passions she enjoyed included sewing, crafting, and in her spare time attending craft shows. Shirley is survived by her children Melinda Prince (Marshall Veller), Cheryl Bettinger (Douglas), and Stacey Prince; and grandchildren Arthur III, Bryan, Christopher, Sammantha, Douglas II, Hannah, Blake and Emily. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Albert L. Prince. A memorial service will be held at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, on Saturday, April 14 at 10 a.m. The family will receive guest beginning at 9:00 a.m. Contributions can be made to Hospice of NW Ohio, 800 S.
