Perry D. Fox, 82, of Toledo, passed away on December 14, 2016 at the Advance Healthcare Center, Toledo, Ohio. Perry served in the US Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Ruthann Fox , son Daniel Fox and one brother Gerald (Koneta) Fox. Graveside services will be held on December 21st at 1:30 p.m. in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
