Mari Frances Boone

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Mari Frances (Burnham) Boone, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 47.

Mari, as she was fondly known, was born January 12, 1977, in Holland, Ohio to Loretta and Randy Burnham. She grew up in Holland alongside her siblings and attended Springfield High School. She earned an Associate Degree from the University of Toledo with a focus in computer sciences.

Mari was a loving sister and friend, always willing to lend a helping hand and a listening ear. Mari loved her sons more than anything. She had a huge heart and a passion for OSU football, Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Bears.

Mari was preceded in death by her mother, Loretta Burnham. She is survived by her sons, Dylan and Brayden Boone, her father, Randy, brother, Charlie (Sarra) Burnham, sister, Beth Hightower, as well as her nieces and nephews Gabrielle (Dominic) Mattimore, Julia Hightower (Deven Ruiz), Megan Burnham (Rebecca Martin), Madison Burnham and Makenzie Burnham, and host of other relatives and friends.

She was very special to us all. Her life will be celebrated in a private family service. We will miss Mari dearly but take comfort in the fact that she is now in a better place, free from pain and suffering and reunited with her mother. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
