Karen M. Griesinger

Karen M. Griesinger, 69, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday evening May 19, 2021 at the Heatherdowns Convalescent and Rehab Care Center. Karen worked 33 years at TARTA in their payroll department. She volunteered at St. Anne’s Hospital. Karen also loved to knit. Karen was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Virginia (Gorski) Kent. Karen is survived by her husband Edwin Griesinger; children Dawn (Dean) Watson, Tammy (Jon) Gilreath, Amy Armstrong and Terry (Wendy) Owen. Grandchildren Kelly (Lincoln) Fox, Ashley Taylor, Zachary (Amanda) Watson, Stephanie Gilreath (Chad), Brittany Owen, Felicia (JJ) Beiser, and Melanie Owen. Great-Grandchildren; Kaylee, Kaitlyn, Brooklyn, Michelle, Abigail, Nora, Colton and Gianna and extended family including several nieces and nephews and Godchildren Jami and Jason A memorial visitation will be held at Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, Ohio on Sunday May 23rd from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and followed by a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Final resting place will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
