Gertrude Lynch

Gertrude “Nana” Lynch, 95 passed away on August 26, 2022 in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on March 7, 1927 to Stella and Stanley Modlinski. She married Claude Lynch, Jr. on February 27, 1954, who passed away in 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, John and Ollie Modlinski, Helen Kline, Dorothy Kovach, Irene Gladney and Alice Kubiak and survived by siblings Lottie Overberg and Virginia Miller. Gertrude enjoyed spending time with her family and was especially known for her Nana bread and chocolate chip cookies. She is survived by her sons Doug (Carol) Lynch, Ken (Tami) Lynch, grandchildren Kyle (Khal) Lynch, Paul Lynch, Andrew (Mackenzie) Lynch, Erin Lynch and one great-grandchild, Sydney Lynch. There will be no visitation. Private graveside services will be held at Lake Township Cemetery. Funeral services provided by Walter Funeral Home.
