Gary R. Ruscoe

Gary R. Ruscoe, 76, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at his home in Maumee, in the arms of his wife Karen and son Marc. Gary was born December 25, 1941 to Raymond and Charlotte Ruscoe in Logan, Ohio. He was a founding member of New Hope Christian Church; a member of Star Masonic Lodge #187 F&AM, and Triune Chapter O.E.S. #344. Gary owned and operated his own Pure Oil Gas Station in Akron, Ohio until 1964. In 1964 he entered the US Army and worked on missiles in California. After leaving the Army he worked for UHaul Company and Ryder Trucking. Gary was a Real Estate agent here in the Toledo area for Century 21 and the iLink Real Estate Company. On April 18, 1972, he married the love of his life Karen, in Akron, Ohio. Gary is survived by his wife Karen; sons John (Diane) of Indianapolis and Marc of Maumee. Also surviving are grandchildren Catelyn, Brianna, Josh and Maddi. A Memorial service and Masonic services will be held on Saturday, October 13th at 11:00 a.m. in New Hope Christian Church, 2457 Holloway Rd. Holland, Ohio.
