Esther Borders

Esther Borders, 91, went into the arms of Jesus on December 22, 2016. Her loving family was at her side. Esther was born on November 14, 1925 in Paintsville, KY to Earl and Mattie McCloud and her life’s devotion was to her family. Esther was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and she read her Bible daily. Preceding her in death were her parents and her loving husband McKinley Borders, brother Ernie McCloud, grandson Jeffrey Radabaugh and great-grandson Jeffrey Radabaugh, Jr., daughter-in-law Christine Borders, son-in-law Eddie Radabaugh and grandson-in-law Ken Tomaszewski. Esther is survived by her children Saundra Radabaugh, Donna (Gary) Wymer and Mack (Nancy ) Borders; Grandchildren- Andrea Wymer, Amy Tomaszewski, Kent (Katie) Wymer, Beth Wymer, Jenni Goggin, Jill (Chris) Hassen and Stacie (Ryan) Shively; Great-Grandchildren- Megan and Ryan Yockey, Katie, Hannah and Daniel Tomaszewski, Willow, Odin and Aero Wymer, Lindsay and Madison Humbles, Colette Wymer, Tate, Annie and Eli Goggin, Payton and Dawson Shively, Jake and Katie Radabaugh and Nicholas, Brandon, Matthew and Ryan Hassen and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild- Brandon Radabaugh. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Bea Borders, Pauline Moats and Sandy McCloud and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at The Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue on Monday, December 26th from 2 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 4560 Glendale Ave., where funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Esther’s name may be made to the Anna Comfort Dog Fund or the Altar Guild at Trinity Lutheran Church.
