Richard “Dick” Kwiatkowski, 91, passed away on June 15, 2022 at University of Toledo Medical Center. He served for 37 years with the Toledo Police Department until his retirement as a Deputy Chief. Dick loved to dance, vacation in Florida, bowl and especially spending time in a little boat looking for Lake Erie perch. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Valerie and children Gregory (Sophie) and Gary Kwiatkowski. Also survived by Grandchildren Kristin and Erika and 3 Great Grand Children. Services will be held privately for the family. Contributions in his name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice
