With her great attitude and spirit she was able to take several vacations with family and friends. Leslie was devoted to her family and husband, Michael. They were the foundation of her life. Leslie was truly unique, so warm-hearted and thoughtful, vibrant and enthusiastic, lighting up every room she entered. She could talk to strangers and become friends in minutes. Her favorite pleasures in life were gardening, boating with family and friends, traveling around the country and playing euchre with good friends, Ed and Nora Kornmeier. Michael and Lady Leslie were active members of the Toledo Sailing Club, Bay View Yacht Club and Port Clinton Yacht Club. Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Joanne Forquer, and stepfather, Richard Heintschel. She is survived by her sister Lynn (Kevin) Carder and their children, Adrienne (David) Baumbarger and Brogan Carder; brother Paul (Diane) Forquer and their children, Ryan (Tasha) Forquer and Lindsay (Taylor) Sopko and their son, Connor Sopko.
