Kathleen A. Kolinski

Kathe returned to our Lord and Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, after a lifetime struggle with arthritis, scleroderma and most recently pulmonary hypertension. She was a loving person with a big heart and could always find humor in adversity. Kathe was a devout Catholic and member of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Parish, where she attended grade school. She was a graduate of McAuley High School and attended the University of Toledo. Kathe was gifted in drawing and art. She loved to travel, seeing all 50 states and the beauty of God’s natural wonders. She enjoyed her pet cats and their antics, and she also enjoyed cooking. Kathe was born on February 5, 1951 to Leona and Sabin Kolinski, who preceded her in death. She is survived by numerous cousins and her brother Stephen Kolinski, who will miss her greatly. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 11th at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church and her burial followed in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to St. Patrick of Heatherdowns School, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio, 43614 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
