Donald L. Guhl

Donald Guhl, 52, of Toledo, OH passed away unexpectedly on July 20th, 2022. He was born on January 24th, 1970. Donald was the oldest son of his late father Dave Guhl and his mother Joyce Guhl. He followed in his fathers footsteps and worked as a sheet metal worker for the local 33 for many years. He loved what he did and was always offering to lend a hand to those who needed his help. His children remember him always being so proud of his work and telling them all of the buildings he worked on downtown and how he put their initials in concrete at the Huntington center. Donald also passed down his love of fishing and bowling that he got from his late father to his son and grandson. Donald is survived by his mother Joyce Guhl, children Donald Guhl (Kellie), Haley Guhl (Donny), stepson Spencer Saha (Brittany), his grandchild Brayden Guhl, brothers Chris Guhl and David Guhl as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him dearly. The family would like to invite everyone to celebrate Donald’s life at the Maumee Eagles hall, 2301 Detroit Ave. Maumee, OH 43537 on Sunday, July 31st from 4:30pm-8:30pm.
