Charles Lawrence Juergens

Charles “Chuck” L. Juergens, 67, of Toledo, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021. Chuck was born in Toledo and was a 1972 graduate of Rogers High School. Chuck worked for Tempglass for over 30 years and most recently he worked for Tom’s Pest Control for 9 years. He attended Epiphany Lutheran Church for many years and was a lifelong athlete; enjoying baseball, softball, golf and bowling. Chuck had bowled several “300” games over his lifetime. His family and grandchildren were his true passion. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Cornell “Cork” and Lutisha “Tish” Juergens; sister Marilyn “Suze” Juergens and his second wife Kim Brown. He is survived by his children Matthew (Stacy), Elizabeth, Brent (Amanda Smith); their mother Karla Juergens and stepson David Brown; grandchildren Allison, Steven, Peyton, Henry and Carter Juergens. Visitation will be held at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, on Wednesday, May 26th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. His funeral service will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 915 N. Reynolds Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43615, on Thursday at 12 O’clock Noon. Burial will follow in Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey, Ohio. Memorial donation may be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church in Chuck’s memory.
